Wednesdays are hard.
On one hand they are great because they are the middle of the week – The Hump Day as lots of us call them.
On the other hand, there is still 2 days left until the weekend and some weeks, depending on just how busy I am, they can be greeted with disdain – You mean its only Wednesday? What the……
Well to make Wednesdays a little more bearable, I will bring you a couple of links, pages and subjects that I hope will lighten up your day and make the week a little more, well, Wonderful.

Music is another thing that will feature – I live with a musician – I am exposed to it all the time. Whether it is tripping over a guitar in the kitchen or having a drum beat going round my head all the time due to something I heard on the way out the door.

Last, but by no means least, I have a good news story. I have been hearing nothing but doom and gloom stories on the news and I am a bit sick of them to be honest. So I was very pleasantly surprised when I received an email last week informing me of a new magazine launching. 20,000 copies of EatMagazine, a free monthly food and drink magazine will be distributed around Dublin. An online version is also available here. And there is also an ipad/iphone app on its way.
Make sure you check it out – and Gracies Bakes would like to wish Mikey and the EatMagazine team the very best of luck with the Magazine.
