On the tenth day of Christmas Baking – Blini Pancakes
So it is still snowy and icy outside and I am currently sitting on my sofa, looking out the window at the snow all over the ground, with the Christmas Tree sparking in the corner of the room (the same tree that I had to take apart last week to fix the lights on – thankfully they are still lit!!!) On the Eighth Day of Christmas Baking – Christmas Pudding Bon-Bons
Do you like Christmas pudding? Really like it. I don’t really like it. I like it and I will eat it but I now make it in the house out of habit at Christmas. On the Second Day of Christmas Baking – Marvellous Mince Meat
If it was terrible I could just throw it out right? Well it was a complete success and I have made it for the last 4 years and have always received great compliments on it. As part of some gifts last year I made hampers for friends and popped in a jar of Mincemeat and it went down a treat. Continue reading
